And crew! After living abroad, our family settled in a quiet mountain town in the North-West, which we call home. We are a normal family living life for an extraordinary God! That perspective didn’t come easily. I became a widow while pregnant with my daughter, and for seven years, I walked the road of single motherhood—learning how to carry the full weight of parenting and healing. It was a season marked by both grit and grace, where I discovered the strength to hold my family together through heartbreak. Years later, God began writing a new chapter. Caleb joined our story with so much courage, stepping into a family already in motion. Blending our lives—his first time parenting, and me learning how to share the load after so many years of doing it all—has brought its own challenges and growth. Navigating grief, learning to co-parent, and building something new from two very different pasts has shaped everything about how I see life, the grace of God, and my own motherhood. It’s from that place that I share, lead, and hold space for others.
