FAQ

What can I expect during a coaching session?
Each session is a safe, judgment-free space where we walk through what’s really going on in your day-to-day motherhood. We’ll talk about practical rhythms, parenting challenges, and how to root your decisions in truth and grace. You’ll leave with clarity, encouragement, and doable next steps.

Do I need to prepare anything before we meet?
Nope! Just come as you are. If you have specific topics or questions you’d like to cover, you’re welcome to jot those down ahead of time, but our sessions are designed to meet you where you are—messy hair and all.

Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is different from counseling or therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. My role is to come alongside you as a guide and support in motherhood and parenting, helping you make intentional, life-giving choices.

How is this different from just talking to a friend?
It’s true—community matters. But coaching offers structured support, personalized strategies, and focused, faith-rooted encouragement that’s tailored to you. It’s a space to go deeper and get unstuck with someone who has walked the road and done the heart work.

Who is this coaching for?
Moms with kids under 12 who want to parent with intention, align their home life with biblical truth, and build rhythms of peace. Whether you feel overwhelmed, unsure, or just need a reset—you’re in the right place.

How long is each session?
Sessions are 60 minutes. We use the time to talk through where you are, where you’re feeling stuck, and what can help you move forward in grace and confidence.

Can I do more than one session?
Absolutely. Many moms benefit from multiple sessions to walk through different seasons, habits, or heart-work. You can book single sessions or explore ongoing support packages.

Do you offer faith-based coaching?
Yes. My coaching is rooted in biblical truth and grace-filled guidance. You don’t need to have it all together spiritually to join—just a heart open to growth and truth.
